What’s in my Travel Wash Bag?!

As you may have guessed from previous posts, I’ve been off on my holidays!  It was a chilly holiday snowboarding, so I thought it would be fun to share what I brought with me.

So let’s start with shower stuff.  For shower gel I brought the last of my Caudalie The Des Vignes* shower gel – utterly love this scent and it lasts on my skin all day and I also brought the Rituals Happy Buddha Shower Foam*, not overly fussed with this, it does what it says on the tin.  I also thought it wise to bring the sample of Rituals Good Luck scrub* – I didn’t use it in the end.  For hair I have a travel size of the Pantene Smooth & Sleek Shampoo* and I decided to use up the spare deep conditioners from my various hair dying kits – they’re great for travelling!  Plus in the harsh cold weather, they saved my hair from really drying out.  I also grabbed the sample of L’Oreal Elvive Extraordinary hair oil*, I got a single use out of this – it was fine.   I also used a sample of The Body Shop Rainforest Moisture Hair Butter*, this stuff rocks and I will buy the full size when I’ve used up my current hair mask.   Something most girls need, shaving kit!  I have a travel size of the Bic Soleil Lady Gel* and my trusty Wilkinson Sword Quattro* razor.

For skin care I’ve been using the same products I’ve talked about over and over again.  You can check out my morning and evening skin care routine for more details, but here’s a quick run down.  I’ve decanted most of these – check out my recent haul all for the packaging details.  For cleansers I have some Vichy Normaderm Purifying Cleansing Gel* and The Body Shop Camomile Sumptuous Cleansing Butter*.  I only brought the Botanics Cleansing All Bright Toner* for exfoliating and the Vichy Refreshing Toner*.  The only eye cream I brought is The Body Shop Drops of Youth Eye Concentrate*, I may be falling in love with this stuff.  For moisturisers I have The Body Shop Aloe Soothing Moisture Lotion* and the Vichy Normaderm Night Detox*.  To remove my makeup I brought some Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water* and for any blemishes I brought the Origins Spot Remover*.  As a little treat I also brought a few face masks!  All from Montague Jeunesse, I had two of the Blemish Mud* masks and one of the Dead Sea Mud Spa Clay* sheet masks.   I did actually use up one of these while away!

Lastly for random bits.  I have my Mitchum anti-perspirant, I rarely use this stuff any more but I was on a seriously active holiday and needed to be able to re-wear some of my snowboarding gear, but I used it.  I’ve already switched back to my natural deodorants since getting home!  I have a mini Mande Lular Body Soufflé, you can get these in travel sizes I just can’t find it online? Would recommend it, my skin loved it and I will be buying a full size!  I also have a sample of the Rituals Honey Touch body cream*, this was brought by accident, but it’s always handy to have a back up.
I have a travel size of the Tresemmé Heat Defence Styling Spray*, I will definitely purchase a full size again soon, I keep going back to this spray.  Lastly I’ve a mini Elnett Flexible Hold Extra Strength* hairspray.

So that’s it!  Well done for making it to the end.  All of that fit into my Sanctuary wash bag with ease believe it or not.  I could’ve done without a few bits but I used practically everything.
If you’ve any questions please shout.  Thanks for reading!
